Supervision for Music Therapists
Whether you are fresh into your career, working with an entirely new population, or deciding to open a private practice. Supervision is a fertile environment in which you can grow more deeply into who you are as a music therapist.
I have been very fortunate to have had supervisors who worked with me during specific times in my career. They have each been instrumental in the success of my business as well as my growth as a clinician. I believe that with everything that has been poured into me, mixed with a decade of experience, I can guide music therapists into the next phase of their work.
Areas where I can be of help:
Building a private practice (From no clients to a full caseload)
Expanding your private practice (hiring, onboarding, team building)
Be a music therapist supervisor for those who may not have a music therapist at their employment.
Creating and maintaining a healthy team environment.
Planning and processing sessions for children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities
Learning more about yourself and how to integrate your whole self into your work.
Creating goals and actionable steps, and holding you accountable to them.
First-generation Latina/o music therapist looking to connect with someone with the same background.
Fulfill CMTE hours needed towards recertification (Supervision hours may count towards “Mentored - Self Study)
Supervision is held either weekly or bi-weekly, virtually or in-office, for an hour during a time that works best for us both. If you’d like to ask more questions, click here to schedule a time to chat with me.
